PANDOC/URIDOC is a massaging device that helps relieve stiffness, pain, and cramps in body muscles. It is a non-invasive device that also works for the treatment of various bowel and urinary tract disorders such as nocturia, urinary retention, urinary consistency, overactive bladder, and other urinary-related issues. It works by sending various patters and frequencies of electric pulses through your muscles. These electric pulses cause muscles to contract and relax, giving the same sensation as a full body massage at a spa would. For urinary-related issues, PANDOC helps to massage the muscles of the bladder, and stimulate the release of its contents.

These pulses are generated by virtue of four electrodes integrated into the front of the device. To amplify the effects of the electrical pulses, PANDOC also makes use of soft vibrations. All the vibrations and pulses are regulated by the PANDOC device, so there is no potential of harm of severe side effects.

The device has 5 modes which are:

High and low continuous pulse: The device transmits pulses that frequently change in intensity and frequency.

Mixed pulses: This causes the transmission of long and short-term pulses at steady intensity and frequency. It is the best for night time urination.

Long pulses: The device transmits long-term pulses at steady intensity and frequency.

Short pulses: The device transmits short-term pulses at steady intensity and frequency.

Random pulses: Users can be flexible with this program by choosing different pulses at random frequency and intensity.

These programs are very easy to select, and they help users to choose which is best for them based on personal preference or experience of use.

For the best experience with PANDOC, we advise to moisten the four electrodes with a lubricant gel or cream. It promotes good contact between the device and the skin.

Urinary Disorders

These are complications that occur in the urinary system. The urinary system, also known as the renal system or urinary tract is made up of a number of organs which include the kidneys, ureters, urethra, and the bladder. The goal and sole purpose of the renal system is to get rid of wastes from the body, regulate the amount of metabolites, regulate blood volume and pressure, and regulate blood pH.

Sometimes, the urinary tract may develop complications such as:

  • Urinary infections: These are majorly caused by normal flora of the digestive system such as a bacterium known as Escherichia col. Other agents such as chlamydia and mycoplasma may also be responsible.
  • Bladder control disorder: This includes urinary retention and urinary inconsistence. It could be caused by damage to the bladder nerves, overactive bladder muscles, weak bladder muscles, etc. It could also be symptom of diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Nocturia: This is a condition of night time urination. It may be caused by pregnancy, ageing, sleep disorders or high fluid intake close to bed time. It may lead to insomnia and disruption of sleeping patterns in extreme cases.
  • Kidney disorders: This is any condition caused by kidney dysfunction. Some of these conditions include kidney stones, kidney failure, proteinuria and chronic kidney disease.
